Printing problem

Hi,we have recently had problems with our SP540v not printing straight & printing hazy fuzzy print.We rectified this by cleaning the acetate strip however the problem has reoccured & wiping the acetate strip is not solving it. Any ideas

I think you need to give a few more details... Printer, media, rip, etc perhaps a pic of the print would help...
