45 deg standard use
60 deg normally for very thick flock and thick laminates, more prone to braking the tip off if slightly to deep cut.

my guess would be static - humidity even try and think what changed last time it stopped carpets, clothes storage, types of plastic materials.
possibly give it a good wipe down with anti static cloths, could be internal cables loose but up to your experience if you open the covers or not.

my guess would be the captop is not sealing and not enough agitation and or use of the metallic, think on a bn 20 the furthest right. from experience the cheap captops will not seal as well as the genuine ones. make sure its free to self centre on it s mounting with i think the bn has a small spring...

sounds like wrong material so looked it up
super flex says ecosol compatible
evolution says only latex compatible so i would double check with xpress have you tried there profile for that material could be over inking but my guess is the material

if running out of coral a couple of early problems are the lettering or vectors need a black hairline and or possible page mismatch orientation. when you get used to it its a excellent plotter. if using a dedicated sign program then they use there own drivers

The job was full width to the machine (VS540) and had a total of 8 rows.
