Re: Roland Sp300 Problem

Looking at the state of the heads, I would say these need replacing, but there may be a wider electrical faul, when you do the nozzle test does it always fire the black in this way?

Re: LINEAR ENCODER SETUP FAILED VP-540 Versacamm

I would try cables first, I'm not sure about the correct way around, but would guess that they are marked with a beginning and end point.

How about the cable to the main board from print carriage board.

Re: Sp300v heater voltage setting error..

Could be the board or the Thermistor cable.

Also check the voltage switches are set correctly, you can check the location and setting in the user manual.

Re: LINEAR ENCODER SETUP FAILED VP-540 Versacamm

It could be down to a bad contact with the cable or the print carriage board, strange that you have replaced them so many times, over what duration has this occurred.

Re: Bn20 Printing Orange instead of Red

What is the nozzle test showing? It sounds like there is contamination in the captop causing the yellow and magenta to mix, a good manual clean should resolve this.

Re: BN-20 bad noozles after flush

Ok, then it could be cap top related, maybe the seal isn't enough, try applying cleaning fluid to the seal and then capping the heads and performing a couple of cleans. If still no good then an engineer is likely needed to check the ink system.

Re: BN-20 bad noozles after flush

I would leave the machine to rest for 24-48 hours with the normal maintenance routines running and then have a look again.

Re: Test print BN20..

When you manually clean is there any buildup on the side of the head or in the cap?
