Best Printer For Helmet Stickers

Hello,

I'm looking for the most suitable model for short runs of vinyl helmet stickers. These are site / construction helmets.

The material would have to be solvent free (it degrades the safety of the helmet stickers). The resulting stickers might not be square.

I'm guessing I need a print & cut model of some description but I have no idea which one.

If anybody could offer some advice I'd appreciate it.

For individual use BN-20 is the most logical solution.

Hiya,

An SP-300i would be my recommendation, it gives you more flexibility than the BN-20 and a quicker ROI in my opinion.
You're looking at a slightly higher initial investment but it is well worth it for the added benefits.

Happy to help with any more advice if I can :)

I have a couple helmet designer customers, they're running Metallic ink in their machines as this is a popular element in helmet designs, so the VS-300i would be a more logical choice if money is not that much of an issue. Sure, you'll be capable of much more work than just helmet stickers.
