The job is getting stuck at the RIP point, when you print does the job rip completely or does it drip feed the rip to the print?

There is a setting for this in Job Management.

Test print you can clip AND working fine but is not a pdf file in queue.

Printer: LEF-20, converted to CMYKWW, fw version: 3.20, versa: 6.3.2
Pdf file that worked with versa 5 is attached below /was before change from gloss to 2x white/

I'm unable to get to versa5 as we did update from Gloss to 2xwhite on LEF-20...

I tested it now and when i send rip only command it get freeze on 100% as on picture below when file is CLIPPED

EDIT: when file isn't clipped then the rip goes to the final state and i'm able to print it.
Badly 99% of our artwork is needed to be clipped.

3rd discovery: Did tried to load only single page PDF and rip and printing works well even you clip the data.
Please fix versa for support of multiple page PDF. Thank you :)

Update VersaWorks 6 to the latest version, I was having similar issues with clipping images and this has been resolved.

The update can be downloaded here.

I'm already using 6.2.3 with this bug so i think we need to wait for 6.2.4 to get it fixed. Just check rip and print my pdf file and you will see that on 6.2.3 it isn't working well

Speak to the RolandCare team on 01275 335440, send them the files so they can try to reproduce the error and let them log in and see what happens, this will help for a quicker fix.

I'm located in slovakia, they can try file that i already posted to forum. They should try to clip, isolate one page and rip it. Will not work :( For some time we export all data from corel as single-page PDF to avoid rip/print issues but will be nice to get the fix in future updates.
