BN-20 UTILITY

Hi

Since the latest windows update the BN-20 Utility software will not remain loaded. It pops up and then immediately vanishes. Has anyone had the same issue and if so is there a fix.

I have tried disabling the Anti Virus software to make sure it was not being treated as malicious.

Any other ideas?

Turn the machine off, remove all the cartridges and the waste tank, then turn on, it's likely that the waste tank is full and needs replacing. It should prompt you to insert and then possibly replace the waste tank if this is the case.

Hi, I’m having this exact same problem did you manage to fix it? I can’t do any work as I can’t run a clean for the white ink!

I tried the above but to no avail...
