Just an update for those interested; Cadlink have now admitted that there is a fault with their latest update in Signlab 10,
and there is a format code which has to be transferred to the update via a code which they supply.
..........But only if you ask for it!

That was good of em eh?

Thanks to all who posted with advice. ;)

sad to hear you are still having problems, do you have another program coral or illustrator you could create a simple file to check if cadlink or vw creating the problem.
or send a file i could check on a older vw setup.

Sorry, been persevering with the problem and just adjusting everything by 2mm and depending which way we are printing it seems to come out just about the correct width.
Thanks for the offer, I'll try and send a basic 7 inch by 5 inch (177.8 x 127mm) image and see if it comes out correct?
Sorry but we only use Signlab10 and Versaworks
